The Bermuda fairways are tight and the gently undulating Bent Grass greens will put the steadiest stroke to the test. The course includes many water hazards and bunkers. The par 71 course rises and falls 300 feet twice, offering enchanting views of the surrounding El Chorro Valley. Dairy Creek is considered one of the most challenging courses in the area.
The course sits amongst rolling hills below majestic Hollister Peak. Pennington Creek meanders through the front nine and Dairy Creek through the back. The Audobon Cooperative Sanctuary courseenvironmentally sensitive mandate and operates in harmony with it’s natural surroundings. Birds of prey, wild turkeys, deer and other wild life abound.
Dairy Creek has an exceptional practice facility including the areas best driving range. There is also a putting green and a “short game” practice area.

Dairy Creek is the closest public golf course to San Luis Obispo. It is located 5.5 miles west of the city off highway CA 1 directly across from Cuesta College.
